Le Mans Miniatures Bugatti T57 S45 No.14 GP ACF 1937 - Jean Bugatti.

Reproduction 1/32 scale slot car of the Bugatti T57S 45 Grand Prix ACF which took place in Monthléry in 1937.

It is the story of a car, prepared especially for a race after winning the Le Mans 24 Hours, and which did not participate in it despite the good results in testing and that we never relive. But the model is so atypical and its unique history that it was worth focusing on.

Car number 14 is driven by Jean Bugatti who brings the car to the circuit of Linas-Montlhéry from the factory in Molsheim. It now appears that the car was involved in a minor traffic accident during the journey. So it went back to the factory. The attention to accuracy and detail by Le Mans Miniatures is reflected in this model, the door on passenger’s side is dented and the number on driver’s side is black outlined. The temporary registration of the cars is hand written with chalk on the rear covers of the cars and a mobile license plate is added to the front to make the route to the circuit.
