If orders are ready to be processed after this period (usually for pre-ordered items), the original card transaction will be expired. We will contact you by email or telephone if this occurs.

PayPal

PayPal is a simple and secure method for online payments. To pay by PayPal on our website, select the PayPal option during the payment stage at checkout.

Please note: For online orders with PayPal payment, we have 3-days to capture funds from the pre-authorisation transaction. If orders are ready to be processed after this period (usually for pre-ordered items), the original PayPal transaction will be voided, and a new PayPal invoice will be issued.

Bank Transfer

We accept payments in GBP or Euro. To pay by bank transfer, select the bank transfer option at checkout. After receiving your order, we will email you further instructions. Bank transfers typically take 3-5 working days. Upon payment receipt, your parcel will be dispatched. For inquiries regarding bank transfer payments, please contact us.

Offline Payment

The offline payment option allows you to place your Pendle Slot Racing order without providing any payment details. This method is suitable for Click & Collect in-store payments, gift vouchers, or telephone payments.

VAT

By default, the prices displayed on the Pendle Slot Racing website include UK VAT at 20%, except for zero-rated books, magazines, and catalogues.

EU customers with an online account (signed in) will see prices displayed at their country's VAT rate.

ROW customers (any country outside of the UK and EU) with an online account (signed in) will see prices excluding VAT.

For guest online orders (not signed in), VAT will be calculated at the checkout stage according to the delivery address.
