We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Published prices are correct at the time but may be changed by us at any time.

Goods will not be shipped unless payment is received in full. Payment is automatically authorised online and your credit/debit card will be charged when the order is ready to be dispatched. 

For pre-order items your credit/debit card / PayPal is pre-authorised at the time when your order is placed and is only charged when the items are in stock ready to be dispatched.

Orders received by 5pm on a working day (Monday to Friday) will usually be dispatched the next 1 to 3 working days but time will not be of the essence unless agreed in writing.

Shipping prices are dynamically calculated in the shopping basket and you will be presented a range of shipping options available based on the exact products in your basket. Orders may be shipped together as one order or sent as part orders.

We take care to ensure that all product descriptions and prices listed on the Pendle Slot Racing website are correct and up to date as possible.

All items for sale on our website are brand new, packaged/boxed and unused unless otherwise stated in the product description.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

Our stock system on the website shows the exact status of each product available to buy.

A product is either In Stock, Pre-Order or Sold Out. This is 99% accurate although some slight descrepancies can occur.

All items are subject to availability. If we are unable to complete an order, we will either cancel the order or contact you by telephone or email explaining why. This could be stock shortage, payment issues etc. We will not supply substitute products without contacting you first.

We do not charge for pre-order items until the product becomes available and is ready to be dispatched.

Because new products arrive at different times during the year, customers with multiple Pre-Order items will be contacted with the option to:
(1) Reserve the item and wait for further Pre-Order items to arrive in stock and send in one parcel at a later date.
(2) Send new item straight away (postage added for each parcel sent).

Occasionally there may be information on our website or in the service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. Transaction security
All transaction information passed between merchant sites and Opayo’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Opayo are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Opayo’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Encryption and Data Storage
Once on our systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data we hold is extremely secure and we are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.

System security
Opayo’s systems are scanned quarterly by Trustwave which are an independent Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and an Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV) for the payment card brands. Opayo is also audited annually under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and is a fully approved Level 1 payment services provider, which is the highest level of compliance. We are also active members of the PCI Security Standards Council (SSC) that defines card industry global regulation.

Links to banks
Opayo has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.

Internal security
Opayo is controlled by Iris Scanners, which are the latest and most precise biometric security devices available for identification. As used by; chemical plants, airports, police stations, prisons and other facilities where security is paramount. No one can enter or leave the building without a valid security pass.

Staff validation
All employees at Opayo are Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checked prior to employment and no unauthorized individual has access to or is able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Our systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). All transaction information and customer card information is secure even from our own employees.

Disaster recovery
Opayo operates on twin data centres to ensure optimal system security and up-time and has a full disaster recovery and business continuation policy.
